  1. Richard says:

    Hi Sanjeev,

Of course, theoretically this could have been a problem. However, in practice we have a certain approach to these (and many other) mathematical nuances of our operations. I don’t think I can unveil all details now, but trust me, you cannot have profit in WOIP if you don’t have an actual deposit, or have it for extremely short period, like you mention. Please refer to our deposit concept: “1% Daily”.

  2. Richard says:

    Hi Pasha,

Please send a message to our Customer Support (support@woip-news.com). I’m sure they’ll help you out in no time.

  3. Richard says:

    Hi Amrut,

I’m glad I could help. No plans for stock markets though, as E-Holding LTD is not a public stock company.

  4. Richard says:

    Hi Philip,

”Primary guarantee is provided by E-Holding insurance funds on NOVA SCOTIA (Canada) and HSBC (USA) bank deposits” - these are our own insurance funds accumulated on aforementioned bank deposits. In force major cases these funds are used to cover for our debt to our customers.

You’d probably be interested to know that during 2008 we had to use the help of these insurance funds twice: in spring and in summer when WOIP has been experiencing long periods of DDOS attacks and has been forced offline for several days (as many remember). Despite the abrupt decline of loan activity during those periods - we have been keeping our commitments to our deposit customers and had not missed a cent.

If you were talking about more advanced methods of deposit insurance - of course we are unable to compete with real banks, and to those customers interested in bank-similar guarantees we can only recommend using banks rather than WOIP.

  5. Richard says:

    Hi Ken,

Please see my earlier reply and please have a look around the website to better understand the concept behind WOIP.

  6. Jerry says:

    Hello Richard,
I’m looking to borrow $10,000 will I pay 1.6% for the total amount of that loan? Will it have to be paid back within a 30 day period, I wasn’t clear on that. How long will it take to collect it?
    Thanks!

  7. Jerry says:

    Richard,
I read the agreement of the loan and it sounds like this has to paid in one lump sum within 30 days plus interest and other fees then, on the other hand it sounds like the borrower will have time payments on the loan. Which is it because, I wanted to sign-up for $10,000 and that’s a short amount of time to have that paid back. Could you please clear that up for me?
    Thanks!

  8. Alex says:

LibertyReserve is a blacklist system wich is using for money-laundering. So its impossible to buy something or exchenge with liberty reserve anywhere. What do you think about that? Also its impossible to convert money to liberty reserve legaly in any money-exchanger.

  9. Richard says:

    Hi Alex,

Please check your sources, you have been misinformed. Like I mentioned before, LR is one of the most secure and stable online payment systems. They also happen to have a vast amount of exchangers listed on their website, please have a look.

  10. Richard says:

    Hi Jerry,

While we understand that these term will not appeal to everyone, we have to keep the repayment period short as we also have very tight commitments to our customers with deposits (availability of funds, instant withdrawals). Luckily, there is a niche in the market for high rated loans with short repayment periods.

For more information on our loan terms please have a look at the respective section of the website http://woip-system.net/?page=loan

  11. chris says:

Whem will loans in the USA be available again?

  12. ottfinance says:

I have been reading and bit by bit I realize that there are many questions but I could not spot investers complaining of the woip system. Of there are complains the boss has to know it and bis cliente also.
The only thing I am willing to say that if everybody gets paid, this system has a future and will help a lot of people getting a extra income or loan.
If investers invest on long term the system will be earning money with its loan system.
Sir Richard, keep up the good work.

    Regards from holand.

  13. Richard says:

    Hi chris,

Loans for US residents are available, however please note that since the demand for WOIP loans is currently higher than expected, it might take a bit more time for new applicants.

  14. Richard says:

    Hi ottfinance,

Thank you very much for your support, I’m personally very happy to see such understanding in what we do.

  15. Steve says:

    Hi Richard,

I think WOIP is an excellent concept for both investors and borrowers. It provides liquidity of funds similar to banks, yet it gives higher incentives or yield similar to investment programs.

I saw no complaints yet which re-assures me that you’re doing a great job in sticking to your core concept and thus increasing the integrity of the system.

    Thanks for keeping up!

  16. Salman says:

  18. Richard says:

    Hi mcsolutions,

We’ve been redirecting technical questions and the questions that have already been answered to Customer Support. I will continue to answer some questions here as well.

We expect to launch cards in early-mid 2009, however, no confirmed timings yet.

  19. Richard says:

    Hi Salman,

Interest on deposit is compounded by default. Please have a look around our website for more details.

  20. Richard says:

    Hi Steve,

Thank you, clarity of the concept is one of the reasons for success, and it is always pleasant to see such feedback.

  21. Willie says:

    Hey Richard,

I just wanted to stop by again to say I am still enjoying what WOIP is doing. Also, to ask if there is a timeframe for another possible PP. I know it’s been said it’s a possibility in 2009, but is that Early, Mid, or Late 2009?

    thanks,
    Willie

  22. Dmitry says:

    Hello!
I have lose my Secret Key.
    Please, Help me
Why you do not answer me???

What is a Secret Key field in the registration form?
The Secret Key is your password for withdrawing funds. Please create a secure Secret Key and store it in a safe place. Note that if you lose/forget your Secret Key the Support will only be able to reset it to a random one, as Support does not have access to Customers’ details.

  23. Danysh says:

    Thank you

  24. THERESE says:

  25. Richard says:

    Hi Willie,

I believe mid-2009 would be a safe shot.

  26. Richard says:

    Hi Dmitry,

Please contact Customer Support and they’ll reset your Secret Key.

  27. Richard says:

    Hi Danysh,

Thanks, we hope to have some news on cards soon.

  28. Richard says:

    Hi Therese,

Actually, our email support@woip-news.com works correctly as always. You are probably referring to the old email, by accident still present on the website. Thanks very much for spotting that.

  29. EdoG says:

    Hi Richard,

for what reason did you placed WOIP into goldpoll.com HYIP monitor??? what I understand WOIP is not a normal HYIP = scam program.

  30. EdoG says:

… and also into top1vote.com HYIP monitor???

Are you paying to goldpoll and top1vote admins for listing and advertising any montly fee - profit?

  31. Danai says:

    Hi Richard,

    Will WOIP support another language?
I want to refer my friends in another country.

    Thanks,
    Danai

  32. Ken says:

    Hello Richard,

How is business going so far? Any set back’s or future problems accruing? What are your future intentions with the Co. WOIP? What goals are you placing to make sure this Co. WOIP stays operating for many years to come? Does the economic crisis effect how safe WOIP from a possible future melt down?

    Thanks for your time.

  33. Richard says:

    Hi EdoG,

WOIP is not affiliated with above mentioned websites and does not bear any responsibilities for any claims coming from any third-party resources.

  34. Richard says:

    Hi Danai,

Apart from English, WOIP already has French, German, Russian, Spanish and Italian versions of the website. Japanese, Chinese and Turkish versions are soon to follow.

  35. Richard says:

    Hi Ken,

It continues to exceed our expectations in many ways and we do not observe any direct effect of the economic crisis on our operations, given their online nature. There were a couple of similar questions above, please see my earlier replies (regarding further WOIP initiatives in 2009-2010 as well).

  36. timeless says:

    Hi Richard,

Can you kindly tell me who owns E-Holding Ltd?

STP will go down very well with most of your members as a preferred PP. I feel it will enhance this business tremendously.

Finally, would you seriously consider using another currency like the Euro?

    Kind regards,

    timeless

  37. Amrut says:

    Hello,

How is the demand for loans at this moment richard?

Is it getting the desired returns you’re expecting?

And also are you making enough profits for yourself rather than paying your customers? Because a growing company builds the confidence of all the customers..

Please tell us more regarding the turnover of woip presently, we knew a few months back it was 200K, may we know what’s the current turnover and revenue part please just to get the heads up?

    Thanks and regards!

  38. osama says:

how long do you plain to stay online

  39. Barb Lenfestey says:

    Richard,

I like what I see so far. Talk to us Richard.
What is the most important thing you would like investors to know about WOIP,
or what is your favorite fact about WOIP ?

  40. Vic says:

    Hi folks!
Does anybody see the person who takes on loan per 584% yearly?

  41. Chandra Das says:

    Dear Richard,

I’m very pleased with the simplicity and great layout of this site. I wish I could say same for the highly complicated and expensive process of funding my Liberty Reserve account. I know that you have plans to add another Payment Processor and I for one would love to see it become Solid Tust Pay because of their almost seamless and inexpensive ACH Tranfer system that makes it very uncomplicated to move funds into the online investment world. Becoming bank verified is the key to this seamlessness. Liberty Reserve has no such option and remains cumbersome and expensive to use in comparison with other processors that I am associated with. Please consider this a request for you to make it an immediate priorty to upgrade your PP system. I’m sure this will enhance your overall marketability and gain more customers that are eager to share this opportunity with others. Because frankly, I hesitate to share this with others because of LR. The cost and complications of getting funds on account at WOIP is a major stumbling block for many.

Also, offering the WOIP ATM Card will complete the process of achieving seamless simplicity integrated into your program.

    Sincerely,

    Chandra Das

  42. YYOKO says:

Recently, withdraw amount limit is exist, and the limit seem to be change by day.

Why is withdraw amount limit set?
    What happen?

  43. Okey Ani says:

    Hello Richard,

I am one of the satisfied investors with WOIP. I just want to commend you for the good work you people are doing at WOIP. For me, WOIP is an entirely new and unique experience in the online investment industry. I have been praying that God sustains you in your WOIP job and make WOIP to last for years. May I enquire if WOIP gives some kind of bonus (for example, Christmas bonus) at appropriate times to its investors.

    Thanks.

  44. Kevin Smith says:

    Hello Richard,

Merry late Christmas bye the way. I just had a quick question. Now for your earnings/profit does your company invest in forex, stocks, real estate or any other investments besides the online loaning your company does? Also with your loans at 1.6% per day does that 1% go to the investors with the saving accounts and the .6% is profit for your company? Im just trying to understand how you can give out 1% per day.

    Have a happy new year.

  45. osama says:

hope woip card will launch faster

  46. Sheila Henry says:

I just wanted to say I am impressed with how fast you pay out. I have always gotten my withdrawl in no less than 2 hours. Its unheard of. I don’t know how you do it, but I hope you will continue to do it. My money just continues to grow daily at a unheard rate!

Thanks again and I look forward to a long relationship with WOIP

  47. Richard says:

    Hi Sheila,

I’m flattered to see such nice feedback about our work, thank you very much.

  48. Richard says:

    Hi osama,

We expect it to be launched mid-2009 and some important updates will be announced in early 2009.

  49. Richard says:

    Hi Kevin,

Thank you, Happy New Year to you!
No, we do not invest our customers’ funds elsewhere. All net profit volume is indeed generated via loan vs deposit operations, minus operational expenses.

  50. Richard says:

    Hi Vic,

Not to my knowledge. The maximum usage period of WOIP loans is 30 days, and usually it’s far less, 10-14 days.
