Dear customers,

We are glad to announce that DDOS attack is successfully neutralized. Our automatic billing system is under reconstruction at the moment.
Unfortunately, because of the disorders in Liberty Reserve working and also because of our failures caused by the hardest DDOS attack, we temporarily have to conduct all the payments in manual regime. Payments delays and temporary limitation of large amounts to withdraw are possible during next few days.
Please avoid money withdraws during these days.

Due to the enormous DDOS attack http-version of the web-site is temporary unavailable. Payment prosessing is also unavailable, and WOIP is now working only in information regime by https protocol (https://woip-system.net).
Please try to avoid from withdrawing requests and funds adding untill we neutralize the DDOS attack.

Script readjusting to match LR updates

LibertyReserve has made several technical updates to the merchant and auto payments. To be in line with that, WOIP system also requires some script adjusting. You will be able to add funds and withdraw as usual as soon as the setup is complete.

An update on the situation with LibertyReserve

Dear Customers,

We keep pushing the LR Support on fixing their API. For your information please see our latest message:
“Dear Sirs,

This is a follow-up to our previous inquiries and to the numerous reports that we are unable to use automatic payments.

1) We have similar problems to those that are described on your forums, please could you comment and propose a solution asap:

2) When we are trying to access our LR account we get the following message for no reason. Your Support does not give us any reply regarding this:
“We detected that you are accessing your account from a different location. Please contact our support if you think you have received this message by mistake.”

Please could you get back to us at the earliest convenience.

Thank you”

As soon as LibertyReserve’s API and SSL functions will be back to normal - WOIP will immediately resume all operations on deposits and withdrawals.

Please help us to influence this situation by sending your questions not only to us, but directly to LR support as well.

Technical problems at Liberty Reserve

It is the 3rd day of technical difficulties with Liberty Reserve - automatic payment system (api.libertyreserve.com) is down, as well as their SSL certificate. For the safety of your transactions we are now forced to temporarily delay all payments until these Liberty Reserve functions are back to normal operation.
